The new database will be located on http://heads.freshcoal.com/.

A Quick Introduction The database stores the commandline to obtain a user's head through a MC command block in versions of minecraft 1.8+. 1.7 Databases will soon be obsolete since name changes will make storage nearly impossible. Additionally, it is impossible to store entire commandlines for more than 500 heads in PMC due to character limits.

The Guide: The site contains three sections. The Head Generator, The User Collection, and the Main Collection.

The Head Generator will generate an avatar from a username, and will output a command that works regardless of a name or skin colour change. A lot of use can result in the generation of a blank command as well as an steve head as a result of minecraft.net's anti-abuse mechanism. Please use heads responsibly.
MINECRAFT SERVERS

The User Collection will include all heads created by users (including fake steve head heads), so it may require some digging to locate the right head. A search feature can help you find heads you require if they've been properly listed. Moderators will take down any head that is not made properly and will add names to those not listed.

The Main Collection contains heads that are deemed to be good quality and will be modified by moderators.

To create the heads simply click on each head. When clicked the command will be copied to your clipboard. After the command has been copied, you can paste it into a commandblock within the game to spawn the desired player head. The heads are permanent and will not change skins, therefore they are safe.
